Terms & Conditions

5.1 Platform Services are available solely to Registered Users, upon payment of a Service Fee.

5.2 The Service Fee is a one-time fee paid before access to the Platform Services.

5.3 The Service Fee grants access for the specific time period selected and purchased by the Registered User.

5.4 Once the Access Fee expires, users can purchase an additional period.

6.1 When you submit an order confirmation and make the first payment for an Equitest Subscription Plan, you enter into a subscription agreement for a limited period with a definitive start and end date.

6.2 Subscription plans allow you to value a maximum number of companies as defined in the particular plan.

6.3 Plans renew on a periodic, recurring basis (each period is a "billing cycle"). You are billed 24 hours before your next billing cycle commences.

6.4 You may cancel your subscription at any time, at the latest within 24 hours before your ongoing billing cycle ends.

6.5 Cancellation requests will be confirmed by email within 24 business hours.

6.7 Upgrading or switching plans is permitted, but changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

7.1 All prices on Equitest.net are exclusive of applicable VAT rates.

7.2 Payments for Platform Services must be submitted prior to gaining access.

7.3 Payments are processed by a third-party online payment provider chosen at Nezikist's sole discretion.

7.4 Invoices are available through the History tab of your Billing section, or by email upon written request.

7.5 If a payment is unsuccessful, Nezikist retains the right to terminate your subscription and will notify you by email.

8.1 You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are granted at Nezikist's sole discretion and will not be issued for abusive, malicious, or fraudulent requests.

8.2 Nezikist's general policy is not to offer refunds 7 or more days after the purchase date, unless required under Israeli consumer protection laws.

8.3 To request a refund, complete the applicable form on the website. You will receive a response within 48 hours.

8.5 Approved refunds are generally processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

8.6 No refund will be approved after a user has signed the first valuation report.

10.1 The Services are not intended as the sole basis for any decision-making. Results are based on data provided by third parties whose accuracy Nezikist cannot guarantee. Services are provided on an "as is" basis.

10.3 Nezikist disclaims all liabilities and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, earnings, business, or goodwill.

10.4 Where a valid claim exists, Nezikist's liability is limited to the sum paid for Services in the year the claim arises.

14.1 Access to the Services does not grant any database rights or rights in copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property of Nezikist or any third party.

14.2 The Services and everything on Equitest.net, including Downloadable Valuation Reports, are protected by copyright. You may not adapt, modify, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with any element of the Service without Nezikist's written permission.

14.3 Nezikist's trademarks and mark registrations shall not be used without prior written authorization.

15.1 Nezikist shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including Internet outages, acts of war, or natural disasters.

16.1 You are prohibited from disclosing any confidential information concerning the business, affairs, customers, clients, or suppliers of Nezikist, except as required by law or court order.
