Nezikist Group LTD (hereinafter referred to as “Nezikist” or “We” or “Our”), located at Hanagar 24 St., Israel, does not share or sell company-identifiable financial or descriptive information to third parties.
We may share this type of information exclusively through aggregation and anonymization techniques, which prevent the information from being reassociated or identified with any one account, company, or individual. This information may be used for a wide variety of statistical and analytical purposes.
Nezikist's goal is to make its business valuation platform (“Equitest”) available to everyone. We therefore created an easy-to-use online platform to let you calculate your company’s value in minutes. The data/information you submit is, therefore, a critical part of the valuation process and our valuation platform.
We, however, take very seriously the protection and safeguarding of this information/data’s privacy and security. We are committed to following and continuously evolving best practices to support this principle.

This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect through our website (www.equitest.net, including subpages and subdomains) or our online platform (the “Products”), our websites that link to this Privacy Policy, and any other services we provide to our customers or end users (collectively with the Products, the “Services”).
Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), Nezikist is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.
What information we collect about you and how
Nezikist collects data provided by users of our Services, in furtherance of our Services, as further described below.
Information you provide to us
Browsing our website does not require the submission of any information, unless you wish to subscribe to our newsletter or contact us. To make use of our Products, however, we require the submission of certain necessary information for you to set up your account.
Account Information
We require information about you and your company when you sign up, create and modify an account for or through the Product. More specifically, to use certain Products or Services, we require a full name associated with your account, the company name, an email address through which we can contact you, and a password to help secure your personal information.
Contact Information
In the event you sign up for Our newsletter then you will be added to Our mailing list to receive certain communications. While using our Services, you may also receive support emails highlighting completed or next steps. Should you no longer wish to receive such information, you can change your preferences through the respective links included in the emails.
Content you provide through our Products
We collect and store content that you input, submit, upload, create, share or display in the process of using our Services. This content includes all required information to access and/or use our Services, as well as any information that you may choose to include, such as the files and links you upload to the Service.
The Content is further divided into:
- Company Descriptive Content: The content submitted through the “Valuation Menu” section and its accompanying menus, such as "Choose Company", "Add Company". This includes company information such as: company name, logo, and business description.
- Financial Data: To valuate the company, the user must also add a financial data related to and/or concerning the company.
Content you provide through our websites
We collect other content that you submit to our websites, which may include social media or social networking websites operated by us. For example, you provide content to us when you give feedback or when you participate in any interactive features, surveys, contests, promotions, activities or events.
Information you provide through our support channels
You may avail yourself to our customer support, wherein you may choose to submit information regarding a problem you are experiencing with the Services or Product. Whether you send us an email, contact through the Products, speak to one of our representatives directly or otherwise engage with our support team, you may be asked to provide contact information, a summary of the problem you are experiencing, and any other documentation, screenshots or information that would be helpful in resolving the issue.
Payment Information
When you register for certain paid Services, we collect your company VAT number, company name, country and representative for invoicing purposes. Nezikist will not store or retain any other billing information about and/or cocnering you.
Nezikist engages third parties, namely PayPal, to securely process your payment(s). These third-party service providers may have access to your email address to be able to provide their services to us. These service providers are not permitted to store, retain, or use information you provide except for the sole purpose of payment processing on our behalf.
Information we collect automatically when you use the Services
We collect information about you when you use our Services, including browsing our websites and taking certain actions within the Services.
Profile Information
In order to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience when using our Services, we collect information about you concerning your profile preferences including your language preferences, notification and marketing preferences. These can be stored in the form of cookies, little files that are kept on your browser and which then tell us your preferences the next time you visit our website or use our Services.

How we share the information we collect
Nezikist doesn’t share or sell company-identifiable financial or descriptive information to third parties.
In order to offer our Services and the support that you sometimes need when using same, we employ third parties to carry out important peripheral aspects of our Service.
We may use a third party tool to be able to communicate with you through our online chat function, which may have their own cookies and information types that they store so as to be able to relay to us the relevant information so we can best serve you.
We may use third party mail services, such as acymailing and mailchimp, to be able to communicate with all our users, through the newsletter, updates and developments of the Service and offering as well as other relevant news or promotional material.
Other third parties with which we share information include Google Analytics and Adwords. With these, we only share non-personally identifiable information that assists us in improving our Services. Furthermore, we employ the use of third parties to process payments from you, as explained in the Payment Information section.

How long do we store your data?
While the cookies we use may expire after certain amounts of time, your account information is stored by us indefinitely, as legal and regulatory processes in the future may require this information. Naturally, this is not the case should you desire for us to delete all personally identifiable information that we hold on you. How to access and manage your data
Firstly, you may choose which information is collected from you automatically through our use of cookies.
Ultimately, you are the owner of your information, and as such you have control over it. This means that should you desire, you may:

- delete all information relating to you; or,

The Websites or our Services are not intended for or targeted at children under 16 years old, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 16.
